Sauberes Studio, sehr freundlicher Service.

I had a very frustrating experience at this salon. They were late to begin.

I showed them a picture of the shape and style I wanted—a simple short manicure with French—but they kept asking questions, made me choose from preset shapes that didn’t match, and started filing the top of my nails even though I specifically asked them not to (which isn’t needed for shellac). After 2 nails I asked again not to file them on top. Continued filing the tips into a coffin shape, which I didn’t ask.
Unless you want the trendy “pointy” long shape, they don’t know what to do when in comes to a normal classic short manicure.
I ended up leaving after two destroyed nails because it was clear he was not able to do it.

See attached what I asked for and what they ended up doing.

I had the pleasure of visiting Huy and Ami's nail salon and I am absolutely thrilled with their work! Both work incredibly clean and precise, every detail is done with the utmost care. You can tell immediately that they love their craft and are passionate about it. The result is flawless every time and lasts a long time.

in addition to the outstanding quality of their work, Huy and Ami are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. You feel comfortable and welcome from the very first minute. They take the time to respond to individual wishes and create a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere.

Super happy with the precise and clean work of both, Huy and Ami! They know exactly what I want and are very efficient, which is much appreciated during my lunch break. My new favorite nail salon for sure!

I had my nails done here today. Quality of work of Huy is good. Shellac is good. But hygiène is a problem. I was on time for my appointment, but he was running 10 min late with the previous client. Then he finished, she paid and he invited me immediately. The table wasn’t cleaned so there was still dust everywhere from the previous appointment. He didn’t change gloves, didn’t disinfect neither mine or his hands being in old gloves. Nail file that was used to polish the shape had a looong life and saw a loooot of nails. It was all white and disgusting. The cherry on the pie was cuticle nippers which was taken out of some UV steriliser which is definitely NOT enough when you cut someone’s skin. And it was put there after previous client as he didn’t go somewhere else to sterilise or put instruments after that client. UV will not sterlize instruments from hepatitis or HIV. He took it out of this box, sprayed some liquid , but I rejected using it as I’m taking care of my health. I know that all mentioned is more or less “normal” in Switzerland , but usually nail artists don’t really cut cuticle, only use the machine… I urge people to stop doing “Russian manicure” if they don’t know how to do it properly.
