If I could give 0 I would. Booked simultaneously two appointments for me and my sister (both for mani and pedi for the two of us), had to wait 1 month+ to get the two professionals working on a Saturday at the salon at the same time. We received the email confirmations, as we provided 2 different emails, and on the day of the appointment, there was only one of the employees, the other one (Masha K.) went on holidays... Their excuse was that this is my fault as I may have double booked the appointments which they said it happens often to them (although the booking has 2 different emails and a mobile number - which she should have called to reconfirm the appointments if in doubt that was double booked). Also, if the client cancels less than 12 hrs the salon charges them 50 CHF per service... what should I charge them that I booked 2+ hours of service and scheduled my Saturday afternoon according to this service? I have never experienced a service where the "professional" does not show up to work and/or does not inform their client that through their own initiative they cancel the appointment. When a professional cares about their work and building clients they make sure that they communicate any doubts they may have and provide a service. Clearly this is not their priority. There are many salons in the city of Zug that are also within that price range that treat their clients with more respect and dignity.
