Was In today and the guy that works there took a call (on speaker) lady was wanting to know prices he ended up hanging up on her. Just because it was the first time that she had hard of the stipulations of the prices. I agreed with the lady. Not only that. The lady never pairing my nail all the way to the Quick so it already looks like I need a fill in ?

Rude racist nasty costumer service. Was told to come back in the morning due to them closing in 1.5 hrs came back this am to be told we are only a cash establishment I said OKKK to then be told we only do half tip we don't do them LONG NAILS ..I never asked for long nails ... OKK WHAT COLOR THREE COLORS PINK BLUE WHITE ..oh no we can't do that either OKKKKKKK but Becky in the chair had long nails n five colors out RUDE NASTY RACIST HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENTS .. right one right day do not come here

They are very friendly, great price and LOVE my American manicure. First time in he gave me options and prices without me asking or work done. I greatly appreciated that. Very happy with the way they have done my nails. Been twice and love both times! I just moved here and was worried about finding a place close. This will now be the only place I go to. The picture is of a fill in. Can't even notice old vs full in.

We had a rough start as they’re only accepting cash today and I barely had the cash on me, then there was an additional fee for removing my previous color, but they were flexible. I really appreciated that he told me about the proper techniques and the health of my nails. I always wish that would happen but it never does. Definitely worth coming back.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Worst place I’ve ever been too. The man really had the nerve to tell me not to ask for my nails to get filed down, also told my daughter not to look at him while he does her nails. Very unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They really need to focus on customer service. I've been in customer service so im not saying this lightly. Both me and my friend felt like they were very condescending. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were an inconvenience but we were the only 2 there. While we were there, a lady called the salon and he put her on speaker phone. She was asking basic questions and he got frustrated with her and literally hung up the phone on her right after she asked another question. Mind you we could hear the whole thing because he immediately answered the phone on speaker phone (he wasn't doing nails at that point either). Also my manicure is peeling on the same day... that's never happened before anywhere else ive gone. I'm shocked they're still open. Must be the cash-only policy they have... ?
